This morning I was interviewing Claire for a Danish youth magazine - Zapp. But before we even get started, the office at Arua Resource Centre wind up in a discussion, where the aim is to enlighten me on how much sugar to use in the tea...
I take the tea with 'No sugar, PLEASE!', an attitude which during the discussion occurs to me is considered very much odd in Uganda.

That is nothing. Try the tea in Sudan, especially nothern Sudan. It is like drinking honey! The tea equals sugar.
