I looked away for a minute, and kumbe! Dar es Salaam changed: Growth. But for whom?
Who will move in to all these new houses of concrete and sand? Who will have the fine view of the Indian Ocean, and who will stare into another wall of cement? Who will occupy a flat on their own and who will have someone waiting? Who will sleep in and who will have sleepless nights? Where in this city will you go every morning to take home salaries to pay the rent?
What will Bongo look like in 2015?
