Back on August 18 I blogged about the real Internet heroes digging down the fibre cables in Dar es Salaam here. Subsequently, I have been travelling along the Tanzanian border to Burundi and along Lake Tanganyika to and from Mpanda.
And, the Internet backbone is surely being digged down along the roads, marked with these yellow beacons.
