In Kagunga Village there is a post office. It just isn't working. The post boxes are still there, having suffered a hard life it seems, though not in use.
What happened? Did the mail system just break down, and then what, and why not restructured? Do villagers have to travel the 7 hour by boat to Kigoma to get post?
Abandoned post offices are never a good sign.
