If you have been long enough in Africa you may have come across the safari boots.
The vellies ('fellies') - as the Afrikaans nicknamed the 'felt shoe', originally a traditional Boer shoe, now produced in South Africa in many variations.
And in Denmark they are - once again - in fashion.
About 180 USD a pair.
Fortunately I bought mine in Bata in Nairobi!
